Contact details and requirements
The quote request collects your contact details, part specifications and the project files you choose to upload. This information is used to review and respond to the inquiry.
Inquiries may include the submission page, the first page visited in the current browser tab, the referring website and campaign tags from your link. Your browser may retain this context while you browse so it can accompany the inquiry.
File upload and storage
Selecting Review request uploads the selected files privately. Send request saves the inquiry and its file references. Drawings remain private and are not publicly browsable.
Closing the form before sending clears its local entries. Files already uploaded remain subject to the storage and cleanup rules below.
If the save result is uncertain, closing and reopening the form on the same page keeps your entries so you can check the status or retry when offered. Browser recovery keeps only a request reference, excluding contact details, notes, drawings and file links. Refreshing or changing pages checks the earlier request without resending it. If your browser cannot keep the reference, the form still works on the current page; keep the displayed reference before leaving.
Unsubmitted and submitted files
Unsubmitted uploaded files expire after 24 hours and are removed by scheduled cleanup. Submitted records and files are retained to handle the inquiry. Ask about access, retention or deletion conditions before submission if your project needs specific terms.
Request records and follow-up
The confirmation identifies a saved request. Use its request number for follow-up. A quotation and production terms are agreed separately.
